We could not have asked for any better DJ at our special day. Our day would not have run anywhere near as well as it did without Ben, he kept on top of everything and kept everyone so entertained. Our guests have not stopped telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve been to and how they just had so much fun. Thank you so much, we are so so grateful and owe you the world!

Our experience dealing with Ben Bell of The Wedding Chaps was truly first class. Ben was not just our wedding DJ, he was a great friend throughout the whole planning process. From the moment we met at a wedding fair, his professionalism and knowledge shone so bright we knew he was the guy! The services The Wedding Chaps offer are truly one of a kind from crazy wedding breakfast games to orchestrating our sparkler send off, Ben and Jamie were ever present with a smile on their face. But the most amazing part was the incredible wedding planner book they offer to ensure your day runs perfectly with all of your favourite tracks! Ben made every effort to not just discover our favourite music tracks, but to get to know us as a couple and immerse himself in our wedding day. It was like having another friend at our day - he slots into the crowd perfectly whilst simultaneously doing his job. Ben was instrumental in making our Wedding Reception go perfectly. Working in collaboration with a live band, Ben did so much more than play our favourite songs between the band’s sets. He was a funny and engaging compare, very much the glue that held the whole night together. We can whole heartedly recommend him and he will be at any future family events that require music!

We had Ben from the wedding chaps for our wedding at Eastwell Manor and my goodness, he made our day flow beautifully! We had several meetings with him, discussed our music likes and dislikes and he encouraged us to complete the book they provide and he tailored it to suit our day, from the music we used to enter/ exit the wedding breakfast, first dance, music for the quiz played though the meal, and the 3 last songs of the night, all were programmed by Ben which made the music flow the whole day. We opted not to use the toast master as Ben announced all the special times of the day: he announced us into the wedding breakfast the speeches, cutting off the cake, first dance etc. We can honestly say having Ben there was like an additional friend attending on a special day, because that what he became. We cannot recommend him enough! *****

Ben and Jamie DJ’d at our wedding on 29th April 2024. Ben and Jamie were absolutely fantastic from the start. We had two one to one meetings with Ben so he could get to know us, and our taste in music. During the first meeting, Ben gave us a booklet which he ran through with us and asked us to fill out. We then returned this during the second meeting. This gave us lots of extra ideas for music. The next step was our wedding, Ben and Jamie came dressed in suits and looked very smart and professional, my husband and I really appreciated the touch. They arrived in good time and set everything up with minimal fuss. Everyone was on the dance floor and they gave us the most incredible evening. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Ben and Jamie! Ben and James were the DJ’s for mine and my wife’s wedding and all I can say it’s that they were outstanding from start to finish! They were punctual on arrival and set up way before the evening started, played all songs my wife and I requested in the book that we filled out prior to the wedding. The volume of the music was just right, it wasn’t too quiet or too loud. The flow of the evening was flawless! Thank you again to Ben and James! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The wedding chaps are fantastic DJs and MCs! They truly made our day incredibly special and went above and beyond what we expected. One stand out feature of their service is the planner they send, it's an extensive a4 booklet which helped us so much in outlining the music we wanted on our day. It covered everything from the ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding breakfast, and the evening party! My wife and I have a very broad taste of music but we were able to incorporate everything from our favourite movie soundtrack to our favourite club songs throughout the entire day. We enjoyed filling in the booklet, it got us excited for the wedding and completing it was a fun romantic thing to do together in the lead up to the day Ben put in so much time and effort getting to know us, what we loved (and hated) when it came to music. He MC'd our day as well as DJ'd and did such a good job! The Wedding Chaps also provided us with uplighting for the dancefloor, mics for our speeches, a couples quiz for each of our tables and pearls of wisdom cards which gave us the chance to get some great (and some not so great) pieces of advice from our friends and family. We can't express how thankful we are to The Wedding Chaps they really made our day perfect

We feel very lucky to have had Ben as part of our wedding. Right from the day we booked him as our DJ his communication was amazing. He helped us give our wedding a twist with lots of fun and games, as-well as his fab DJ skills that got everyone on the dance floor. Myself and my husband recall Ben making sure we were ok during our big day, and communicating with all of the other suppliers to ensure our day ran smoothly. Not forgetting the famous Tom Foolery box that provided the “Photo Booth” vibe but without the guests leaving the dance floor. This was of a course a hit, and something guests are still talking about now. One of our most memorable moments for us was our entrance into our wedding breakfast. Ben coordinated with our toast master to ensure the entrance was engaging, fun and exactly how we wanted it - it honestly was the best. Ben also made sure he got photos and videos of our DJ battle as the photography had left by then. This was a great edition to our evening and everyone loved it. Ben made sure he included all the guests so the whole entertainment was interactive and unique. Thank you so much Ben for having such a positive impact on our big day!

I would 110% recommend Ben. He was fantastic! From the initial meeting we had with Ben, he is so genuinely enthusiastic about your wedding and he loves being there. He has a really in depth brochure which you can fill out to set the exact tone you want. We did the DJ battle and the Mr & Mrs game which we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Like I said he is so enthusiastic about the whole event, so if you’ve got some slightly off the wall ideas, mention them to him and I’m sure he would do what he could to make them happen. Even with the final call before the big day he was making suggestions; we actually did the father/daughter first as he said it would flow better in our first dance and he was right! Ben was great with the crowd, getting people in the mood and he played a great, eclectic mix of genres, decades and cheesy music! Thanks very much Ben!

If you're looking for a DJ for your big day, look no further! The whole process from start to finish was great. From the initial meeting where we discussed ideas and options available to us to the detailed planner helping us make those all important decisions. Ben was phenomenal on the day. And nothing was too much, he went above and beyond even making an unprompted video of our fireworks for us to look back on. The dance floor was full all evening and the soldiers game was timed to perfection. We literally could not have asked for more. Thank-you Ben for keeping our day running smoothly even when the timings got changed at the last minute!

10/10 through every single part of the process. We met Ben, one of the wedding chaps and lovely guy months prior to the big day to get an idea of what the day would entail. We had a great chat and discussed everything! He put us at absolute ease and came away from the meeting so excited as him and his team would be in complete control, providing us with all of the trust and confidence that they’ve thought of everything! He was clearly very experienced, pointing out different parts of the day so that we could start thinking of music to fill it. They provided us with a superb wedding planner book that had everything. It had suggested songs, inspiration areas showing popular genres for weddings and top songs so that we could highlight them if we’d like to use them. We used this to fill out all of the songs for the different parts of the day and left notes all over to help give him an idea of what we’d like and shared with him where we were unsure and leant on him for his guidance and freedom to do what he thought was best in certain parts which he loved and did an incredible job with. We emailed frequently if I had any questions or anything needed to be done and Ben was very responsive and helpful. One thing that completely stood out to us was the entertainment that he also provided. Not only is he a DJ, but he was basically our full entertainment, providing some genuinely hilarious moments in our day with some games and other entertainment. We were hesitant to begin but after our chat we were 100% in! We did Mr & Mrs, some great guest cards on the tables for guests to fill out with their relevant drawings/answers/poems to the questions they had, would I lie to you game, tomfoolery box and the army poses. I’m not kidding, all of these had all of us in stitches and made the day. So many guests said how much they loved it! Not to mention almost all of the above was provided in the price. Not only this but he did a great job of directing the day by introducing peoples speeches and so on, he was loved by all of our guests, and especially us. Going with the wedding chaps has been one of the best decisions we had made for our wedding day. We genuinely cannot thank you enough. I would recommend Ben to absolutely everyone and we will be using him for any and every event we have in the future.

There are not enough words to say how grateful we are to Ben & Jamie from The Wedding Chaps. We had them both for the full day, and they had the mammoth task of providing the music in three different fields, for our ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast. It was seamless, and the prep work these guys must do, makes the whole day run like clockwork. A huge, huge thank you to Ben, who went above and beyond for the whole day. Honestly, these guys are who you need. 5*, 10/10… just wonderful!

Ben dj’d at my sons wedding at the weekend and he was fantastic!!! He didn’t just do the evening entertainment but compared the whole day!!! Really excellent would certainly recommend and use him again

Our wedding guests and we were very happy with Ben's work and choice of music in the evening. He was responsive in his email communication and always provided lots of information on what our options are. Our guests particularly enjoyed the Tom Foolery box with the props which was very successful. Ben's mixing of the music was very good and the dancefloor was full at all times! We were really pleased and it was a great end to our day.

Ben has been amazing from start to finish! Our first meeting was so helpful and detailed, you could tell how passionate he was about his job and wanting to get to know us personally so that he could create the most amazing wedding music for us. From the speeches sweep stake to the pearls of wisdom cards, we loved all the final touches! Our dance floor was not empty once and our guests were loving the music, we all danced the night away! Ben has been brilliant before and during our wedding. He was really open and honest on the services he could provide for the day and listened to our ideas to create a perfect evening on the big day. We asked for specific songs to be played and he didn't disappoint us. The evening was exactly as we hoped it would be, so thank you very much Ben!!

Ben did an excellent job at our wedding. He kept everyone partying on the dance floor all night which was just as we hoped it would be! He played lots of song requests from our guests which kept them happy. He also mixed our first dance song seamlessly into a faster version to get our friends & family up to join us dancing.
